Web Services comments

  • Actually it is an excellent
  • Wonderful product and many thanks... I created a library that uses a series of web service calls created by the web service client wizard (with JAX-WS) using "local" WSDL files. All is fine when I use the library as module and use it on the same machine. However, when I use the module in another machine, exceptions are thrown and I notice that it is trying to access the same local WSDL files that reside on the origional development machine. I also tried to included them inside the jar file under "file:META-INF/wsdl/..." without any success.
  • 1) It is not possible do deploy a WS in a war file into JBoss 4.0.4 JBoss exception raised: org.jboss.ws.WSEXception: Cannot load java type: ws.test2.WSWARSEI_sub_RequestStruct
  • Not sure what's up, but, it intermittently deletes settings from web.xml and sun-jaxws.xml. i.e. it deletes the endpoint for the web service that I'm working on. I think it also might remove whatever logic builds the web service from the ant script. I had lots of problems with this in beta 2 and it still seems to be there for rc1.
  • I found it difficult to dynamically call a web service at run time.
  • i can not remove namespace property from wsimport that i wan to create classes with namespace package names.
  • Yet!
  • Web Service property editor looks ugly and is not user friendly.
