Description
We were having our very first online contest, called the NetBeans Community Quiz! The contest was organized on Thursday, July 13th, and if you had some time you could try your luck and join us! The quiz took place in netbeans conversation (room) using the built-in Developer Collaboration module. If you don't know how to get it working, take a look at this great step-by-step tutorial. We had 10 questions prepared and the first player which provided correct answer got a Q point. If somebody collected 2 Q points, s/he won a prize! If you didn't want to participate in the contest itself, you could join us anyway since there is always a chance to learn something new about NetBeans.
If you want to take the quiz offline, look at the assignments. Besides, the quiz transcript is also available.
The NetBeans community is not a tedious gathering of Java developers, it's fun!
